Description of Villeroy & Boch Florea Gravy Boat
The soft minty green and pale pink pattern with taupe background evokes a feeling of sprintime. Beautiful blossoms and blooms adorn this lovely garden-inspired pattern. The vitrified porcelain makes for a strong and long-lasting life and is dishwasher and microwave safe.This 14-1/2-ounce gravy boat serves homemade gravy with roast turkey or a delicious soy-ginger sauce to pour over roast pork. Designed as part of the country-themed Florea collection, the off-white gravy boat features lush blooms of English roses with leaves, painted in exquisite detail, on either side. A pale green accent stripe highlights the bottom of the base.
Made of fine china, this dish is translucent and thin in appearance but is made of strong clays fired at high temperatures, making it durable and safe for both the dishwasher and microwave oven. This dish coordinates with other pieces in the Florea collection, and can also be mixed and matched with pieces in Villeroy & Boch's three other Florea variation collections: Flair, Folia, and Floris.
