These flutes are so perfect...they are shorter
than you usually see. The Boston Green Crystal
is a beautiful glass, delicate but yet heavy so
they are not easily tipped. And, because they are
a deep green, they can double as a holiday glass.
Amazon had the best price. I bought
2 last year for the price I bought 4 on Amazon
this year...now if I could get the other matching
stemware pieces at such a deal!!!

Vintage in look and feel, these rustic glasses look equally at home on a simple pine table in the kitchen or gracing a summer feast outdoors in the garden. Boston creates a sense of relaxed country charm and the informal character of the collection is emphasized by the distinctly low profile of the glasses. The hobnail design covers the glass in a honeycomb pattern and the slightly compressed glass ball forms a distinctive design feature on the stem. This full-lead crystal stem is dishwasher safe.The unique style of Villeroy & Boch's Boston crystal stemware equally complements an outdoor picnic or a special meal. Covered in a beveled honeycomb pattern, each glass refracts the light and adds sparkle to the table. A smooth interior contrasts with the textured exterior enhancing the distinct vintage style of the pattern.
The light dances through this set of four green crystal champagne flutes and rainbows abound. With a low center of gravity, each glass rests on a wide base, while a small ball of glass adds a unique design characteristic to the stem. Standing 6-1/4 inches high, the glasses are heavier than they look, and can hold up to 4-1/2-ounces of liquid.
